Silver Oaks will reconvene their Annual Meeting of the Membership on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 6:30 PM as quorum was not present for the previously scheduled meeting. This meeting will be held virtually. All proxies, and in-person attendance will be counted for quorum purposes as well as the online voting and received absentee ballots.
Please note the following schedule for the election of Board Members:
Call for Candidates (December 18, 2024 – January 2, 2025 at 12:00 pm): Any homeowners interested in running for the one (1) open position for the Board of Directors, please fill out and return the Candidate Profile Form. This can be accomplished 2 ways –1) email a completed copy to Michelle@lifetimehoamanagement.com (Note Candidate Form in the Subject Line) OR 2) mail or hand deliver a completed paper copy to Lifetime HOA Management, 18585 Sigma Rd., Ste. #104, San Antonio, TX 78258. Once received by any of these means your name will be placed on the ballot.
Online Election Begins:January 3, 2025, at 12:00 pm. Homeowners can vote for candidates online (“Homeowner Portal”), absentee ballots (Emailed or Mailed), or may hand deliver ballot in person at the Lifetime HOA Management office. Voting during the virtual meeting will not be permitted.
On-Line Election Ends:January 17, at 12:00 pm.
Election Results:January 23, 2025, during the 2024 Annual Membership Meeting.
In accordance with our association’s regulations, in the event of a reconvening due to a lack of quorum at a previous meeting, the quorum required shall be adjusted to half of the original quorum requirement. As the quorum at the preceding meeting was set at 5%, we now need to ensure that at least half of this percentage of the community’s participation is present at the upcoming meeting for it to proceed and allow for essential elections to take place. This meeting holds immense importance for the community, your attendance and active participation are highly valued and appreciated.
In the event that quorum is not present during the 6:30 PM meeting, we will reconvene on January 23, 2025 at 6:45 PM at the same meeting link provided on the agenda (page 3).
In the event that quorum is not present during the 6:45 PM meeting, we will reconvene on January 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same meeting link provided on the agenda (page 3).
In the event that quorum is not present during the 7:00 PM meeting, we will reconvene on January 23, 2025 at 7:15 PM at the same meeting link provided on the agenda (page 3).
Please note the deadline to submit your proxy is Wednesday, January 17, 2025, at 12:00 pm.

For your convenience, the deadline and meeting date will be posted on the community calendar located on the “Homeowner Portal” under the “Calendar.” You can login into your account at www.lifetimehoamanagement.com. In addition, please ensure your email has been updated to receive reminders.
We encourage your participation in this process to ensure we have quorum to conduct the meeting and validate the election. As you know, the Board of Directors makes important decisions for the community.
