Join Us for Our Summer Kickoff
Dear Homeowner(s),
Summer is almost here, and we’d love for you to help us kick off the season with a fun-filled morning in the community!
Join us for a special summer event featuring pony rides, friendly animals to pet, and coffee to help start your morning off right. It’s a great opportunity to come out, enjoy some family-friendly activities, and spend time with your neighbors.
We’ll also have special guests from Lifetime joining us to answer any questions you may have.
Location: Silver Oaks Community Park Date: Saturday, May 30th, 2026 Time: 9 am – 11 am
We look forward to seeing you there and celebrating the start of summer together!
Sidewalks at the park will be sectioned off and spaced for comfort.

Once time is over I’ll take pictures of the art, upload to the community page, and the community will vote. Voting will conclude by 8pm.
Based on the polling we will elect a winner, runner up, and honorable mention. Each will have a Hobby Lobby gift card prize to help inspire the young artists.
The Board of Directors will host a Special Meeting on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 12:00pm. The purpose of this meeting is to approve additional selections to add to the current ACC approved guidelines.
Silver Oaks residents! Our bulk pickup day is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2026 between 8am-12PM, and is paid for by the HOA. This is your opportunity to dispose of large items that regular trash collection won’t take. SILVER OAKS COMMUNITY PARK 11700 OAKWOOD RIDGE
The call for candidates has been completed. The Silver Oaks HOA received four (4) candidates for three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. All online votes, absentee ballots, proxies, and in-person votes will be counted for quorum purposes as well as verification of election winners. If we do not receive at least 10% homeowner representation by either online vote, absentee ballots, by proxy, or in-person attendance this meeting will have to be rescheduled which will create delays.
Please take some time to review the “Board Candidate Forms” before the start of the voting process. You will find all “Board Candidate Forms” in this packet and on the “Homeowner Portal”. Nominations will be taken from the floor during the meeting. If you choose to vote online, by absentee or proxy you forfeit your ability to vote for any candidate(s) nominated from the floor. Please note that if you do choose to vote before the meeting and want to vote at the meeting, your previous vote will be voided and not counted.

Online/App Election/Absentee Ballot/Proxy Collection Begins: 11/18/2025, at 8AM. Homeowners can vote for candidates online (“Homeowner Portal”), absentee ballots (Emailed or Mailed to Lifetime HOA Management) or may visit the Lifetime HOA Management office to vote in person. Instructions are enclosed.
Online/App Election/Absentee Ballot/Proxy Collection Ends: 12/10/2025, at 5PM.
2025 Annual Meeting: 12/11/2025, at 6PM via Microsoft TeamsNeed help?
We need at least ten percent (10%) of a combination of votes and proxies at a minimum for the meeting to be valid and make a quorum. If you have any questions during this process, please call Lifetime HOA Management at (210) 504-8484 (Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm).
