HOA Committees

STANDING COMMITTEES:
Architectural Control Authority (ACA)
The responsibility of the Architectural Control Authority is to review Improvement Requests and insure the submitted improvement conforms to the Community’s recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (DCCR’s) and/or approved Architectural Standards and Guidelines.

Members of the ACA are appointed by the Declarant during the Development Period.
Members of the ACA are kept confidential.

Communications Committee
Chairperson: vacant
The responsibility of the Communications Committee is to form a network of communications among the entire Association, the Board, and Committees. This may include publications of a Community Newsletter, a Directory of Members, an internet web site, Community Alerts, or other forms of media.

Safety Committee
Chairperson: vacant
The responsibility of the Safety Committee is to advise and assist the Board in developing and carrying out programs to promote safety, deter speeding, crime prevention, organizing National Night Out Event, and Neighborhood Watch programs.

Social Committee
Chairperson: Bryan Pearce
The responsibility of the Welcome/Social Committee is to assist the Board in the planning of social activities to promote community involvement for the benefit of all residents. Events may include community wide garage sales, assist with National Night Out, block parties, Holiday decorations, and other events.

Welcome Committee
Chairperson: vacant
The responsibility of the Welcome Committee is to assist the Board in welcoming new residents to the community. Traditional projects include but not limited to reviewing welcome letters sent by management, acquiring and packaging welcome baskets and information to new residents.

AD HOC COMMITTEES:
Beautification Committee
Chairperson: Paul Darr
The responsibility of the Beautification Committee is to organize volunteers for the installation and removal of holiday decorations at the entrances to the subdivision and to organize neighborhood beautification efforts.

Urban Wildlife Committee
Chairperson: Bryan Pearce
The responsibility of the Urban Wildlife Committee is to assist the Board by organizing volunteers to address concerns with dangeous wildlife in the community and present viable solutions to the Board of Directors.
