Attention Silver Oaks Homeowners,

The Silver Oaks Home Owners Association will hold the annual meeting of the membership of the association on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 7:00 PM at the Silver Oaks Community Park located at 11716 Oakwood Ridge, San Antonio, TX 78254 and any reconvening of such meeting. First Service Residential will begin registration of homeowners at 6:30pm. Organizational Meeting to immediately follow annual meeting.

Silver Oaks HOA is seeking bids for the following items:

Park Playground Mulch
100 cu yd. ASTM Certified Kiddie Cushion
Include delivery and installation in bid for 3 playground areas.

Park Porter Service
Once a week service for 4-5 cans.
Occasionally twice a week by request for special events.

Tree Trimming
Trim and raise the canopy of all trees at the park.
All cuts sealed.
Haul off and dispose of all debris.

Park fence
Perimeter of three playground areas with single entrance at each location.
2-3 wooden rails stained and sealed along with posts.
4 foot high coated wire fence along the interior of the wood fence.

Alternative material choice,  4 foot high chain link with top bar.
