Dear Homeowner(s):
The call for candidates has been completed. The Silver Oaks HOA received four (4) candidates for three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. All online votes, absentee ballots, proxies, and in-person votes will be counted for quorum purposes as well as verification of election winners. If we do not receive at least 10% homeowner representation by either online vote, absentee ballots, by proxy, or in-person attendance this meeting will have to be rescheduled which will create delays.
Please take some time to review the “Board Candidate Forms” before the start of the voting process. You will find all “Board Candidate Forms” in this packet and on the “Homeowner Portal”. Nominations will be taken from the floor during the meeting. If you choose to vote online, by absentee or proxy you forfeit your ability to vote for any candidate(s) nominated from the floor. Please note that if you do choose to vote before the meeting and want to vote at the meeting, your previous vote will be voided and not counted.
What are the next steps in our process? (ONE VOTING METHOD PER HOUSEHOLD)
- Online/App Election/Absentee Ballot/Proxy Collection Begins: 11/18/2025, at 8AM. Homeowners can vote for candidates online (“Homeowner Portal”), absentee ballots (Emailed or Mailed to Lifetime HOA Management) or may visit the Lifetime HOA Management office to vote in person. Instructions are enclosed.

We need at least ten percent (10%) of a combination of votes and proxies at a minimum for the meeting to be valid and make a quorum. If you have any questions during this process, please call Lifetime HOA Management at (210) 504-8484 (Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm).
